We offer repairs, replacements or a refund based on each case, ensuring your jewelry retains its charm. Based on the damage and/or the item, we, Boutique Wear RENN inc., will make the decision on which solution to offer.

Normal wear and tear, accidents, and modifications are excluded. If you are not sure if your situation is covered, please contact us with all the necessary information & picture(s). This warranty is non-transferable and a proof of purchase is required, as well as a picture of the damaged item. The 6 months period starts from the purchase date.
