Can I customize a piece of jewelry I’m interested in?

Absolutely! In most cases, we’re happy to customize your piece at no extra cost. Whether it’s swapping the chain for a thinner or thicker style, choosing a chain you saw on another one of our listings or adding/removing/switching a pendant we carry — we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Can we engrave on pendants?

No. Unfortunately, we do not have the tools to engrave and therefore cannot engrave on our pendants.

What is an extension, and can I request one?

An extension is a short chain of larger loops added to the end of your necklace or bracelet, allowing you to adjust the length. Necklace extensions are usually about 2 inches long, and bracelet extensions about 1.5 inches — but we’re happy to customize the length for you! Just leave a note at checkout with your preferred size.

Some of our items include an extension by default or offer the option to add one. Be sure to check the product description to see what's included. Not sure or want to add or remove an extension? No problem — just leave us a clear note at checkout, and we’ll take care of it!

Please note:

When selecting your necklace length, the measurement you choose refers to the chain itself before any extension is added. For example, if you select an 18-inch necklace and it includes a 2-inch extension, the total length will be adjustable from 18 to 20 inches.

For bracelets, we typically list a size range. For instance, a 6–7.5 inch bracelet means the main chain measures 6 inches (including clasp and end ring), plus a 1.5-inch extension — allowing for adjustability between 6 and 7.5 inches.

We hand-assemble all our necklaces and bracelets ourselves in Quebec, Canada, using high-quality imported components like chains, clasps, jump rings, and pendants. This hands-on process allows us to offer easy customization and ensures every piece meets our standards for style, comfort, and long-lasting quality.
