Shipping policy
SHIPPING TO CANADA:
- Our processing time is 1-4 business days.
- Our free shipping option is untracked by regular letter mail with Canada Post, and our products are shipped from Montreal, Quebec.
- For tracked shipping, please get the shipping upgrade at checkout when the option is available.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping within Canada once the item is shipped. Timeframes can be longer for provinces and territories that are further in distance and during busy periods such as Holidays.
- For information on a faster shipping method, please message us with your Postal code to see what options are available.
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages, but please message us if you are experiencing any issues with shipping and we will do our best to help.
SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES:
- Our processing time is 1-4 business days.
- The package will include a tracking number and it will be transferred to USPS (or another shipping carrier) once it arrives in your country. The expected delivery time is 4-8 business days, once the package is shipped. However, please allow more time for shipping during busy periods such as Holidays.
- We are not responsible for any lost or delayed packages, but please message us if you are experiencing any issues with shipping and we will do our best to help.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. We do not accept returns to senders for orders in the United States. In the event of an error on our part, we will issue a refund. However, if a customer provides an incorrect address or fails to pick up a package from the post office for signature-required deliveries, we cannot be held responsible and will not issue a refund. Any returns to senders resulting from customer errors or failure to retrieve packages will not be refunded.
