Returns, Exchanges and/or Cancellations

Do you accept returns, exchanges and/or cancellations?

- We accept returns if the item is unworn and in its original state, please message us for more information. The price of the item will be refunded (excluding the fee paid for shipping) once we receive the item back.

- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, but it is possible to send it through lettermail for a cheaper return cost.

- We can accept exchanges in certain cases, but it is easier to place a new order and to return the necklace that you would like to exchange.

- We do NOT accept order cancellations.

- If you experience any issue with your order, please message us and we will be happy to help!

How to Return Your Items (USA orders)

You can send the item(s) back to us with USPS using a bubble mailer or a regular envelope (adding a small piece of bubble wrap to cover the necklace if the envelope is not a bubble mailer). Not using protection around the item(s) might damage the product and therefore cannot be refunded.

Once we receive the package, we will issue a refund for the price of the item (excluding the initial shipping cost if you have paid an extra shipping fee).

The jewelry has to be unworn, other than when you have tried it on, and in its original state. The black pouch also must be returned, but not any of the cards are required.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs (including customs fees and taxes if applicable - it will most likely not be charged, but it is possible when sending the package with tracking). Do not forget to write your name and/or order number inside and outside the package. If we receive a package with no information to find your order, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Option 1:
We strongly advise you to send the package by letter mail (with a stamp instead of with a shipping label), as this is a much cheaper option, however just keep in mind that this option will take a little longer to arrive. For this, you will need to use a paper envelope and add a small piece of bubble wrap to cover the necklace. Here is what the USPS website states about this shipping method and its size restrictions: ‘’international letters must be rectangular and made of paper to qualify for letter prices. Letter envelopes for international mail can be 11-1/2" long x 6-1/8" high. You can fold what you put in your envelope, but it needs to stay flat—no more than 1/4" thick.’’ (www.usps.com/international/letters.htm)

Option 2:
You can send the package with a shipping label, it will be faster and you can track the package. However, this option is more expensive than using stamps. For this option, you can re-use the bubble mailer that we used to ship the item in, you can simply tape it back together. (www.usps.com/international/mail-shipping-services.htm)

If you have any questions or need any help, do not hesitate to message us. Please let us know when the necklace is shipped so we can look out for it.

We recommend taking a picture of the package once it is ready to be shipped in case there are any shipping issues and providing us with the tracking information if you shipped the item(s) using the tracked option.

Please allow between 2-4 weeks for the package to arrive if it is untracked, and 1-2 weeks if it is sent with tracking, as well as 1 week for us to pick it up and issue the refund. We will contact you when we receive it. If you have any issues or if we haven’t contacted you in the timeframes stated above after your package was sent to us, please message us. Thank you!

How to Return Your Items (Canadian orders)

You can send the item(s) back to us with Canada Post by using a bubble mailer or a regular envelope (adding a small piece of bubble wrap to cover the necklace if the envelope is not a bubble mailer). Not using protection around the item(s) might lead to damage to the product and therefore cannot be refunded.

If you kept the bubble mailer that we used to send you the package, you can reuse it by taping it back together and replacing the stamp and shipping information on the front. We strongly suggest sending the package using oversized letter mail (1,94$ stamp), as it is the most affordable option. Once we receive the package, we will issue a refund for the price of the item, excluding the initial shipping cost if you have paid an extra cost for shipping.
