Conditions of Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase (order number).

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom orders or personalized orders. Our regular items, although they are customizable in choosing your length, do not count as personalized orders and can be returned. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

The fastest and easiest way to proceed to an exchange is to return the product (if unworn and in its original state), and place a new order for the desired item. On some occasions, we might consider doing it as a regular exchange if it makes the most sense. Please contact us for more information.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept order cancellations.

However, if no step towards fulfilling your order has been started on our end, we might consider the request. Please message us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Returns of unworn items in their original state will be accepted. Simply trying on the necklace is not a problem, but items sent back in a different state than the one we sent in will not be approved for a refund. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return to senders:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. We do not accept returns to senders for orders in the United States. In the event of an error on our part, we will issue a refund. However, if a customer provides an incorrect address or fails to pick up a package from the post office for signature-required deliveries, we cannot be held responsible and will not issue a refund. Any returns to senders resulting from customer errors or failure to retrieve packages will not be refunded.
